BIRTH & POSTNATAL DOULA
PRENATAL VISITS
My doula package includes 3 prenatal visits and 3 online meetings (30 minutes each). I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby. We will discuss your birth preferences and make sure you feel understood and heard.
BIRTHING SUPPORT
I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need. I will be on call from 38-42 weeks and when you go (or you think you may be) into labour, I will be available 24/7 to consult or to attend your labour and birth.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
I will stay with you for a while after birth too to ensure you and your baby have what you need. I will visit you 2x after the birth at your home and offer support. Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION
Placenta remedies can help to restore your hormonal balance, boost energy, help with healing, milk supply and help with postpartum baby blues. I offer range of placenta products: placenta capsules (steamed & simple), tincture, essence, homeopathy, print, keepsake.
CLOSING THE BONES
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
BIRTH DOULA PACKAGE

I am here to support you, your partner (if you have one) and your baby. I believe that with the right support, women can achieve a positive birth.
Whatever decisions you make during your pregnancy, I am here to respect you and offer you unbiased information. My goal is for you to feel empowered, confident and happy with your choices.
I offer non medical support to my clients. I have a vast experience and training to show you all possibilities available to you. I don't only work with the mother but often partner is involved. Family is to be supported as a whole and we can talk about worries and issues that your partner may have or you as a couple need to go through.
I offer online interview meeting to see if we "click" and if we would like to work together.
