BIRTH DOULA &
VIRTUAL DOULA
My doula package includes 3 prenatal meetings (usually at least 1 is in person), 2 online sessions, on-call period, birth attendance and 1 postnatal session. I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. We will discuss your birth preferences and make sure you feel understood, heard and supported.

Whether you choose a full course or individual sessions, my goal is to help you feel confident, empowered, and prepared for a positive birth experience. PREGNANCY MASSAGE
A pregnancy massage is a wonderful way to relax and foster a bond with both your body and your baby. Research shows that massage therapy during pregnancy can greatly reduce anxiety, ease symptoms of depression, alleviate discomfort, and improve labor outcomes as well as newborn health.

Power hour
90 Minutes / £120
A Power Hour is a focused, 90-minute online consultation with me. It’s designed to provide you with clarity, practical tools, and emotional support on a specific topic that matters most to you right now.

Gentle, trauma-informed approach that helps release emotional stress connected to pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experiences. Using light tapping on acupressure points and guided visualisation, we work with the body and mind together to reduce overwhelm, calm the nervous system, and gently revisit any moments that felt frightening or unresolved. Instead of reliving the experience, you’re supported to bring comfort and resources to your “younger self,” helping the memory settle in a healthier, more empowering way. Many women find this process brings emotional clarity, relief from intrusive feelings, and a renewed sense of confidence and connection during pregnancy and after birth.

Dreambirth session
60 Minutes / £85
Uses gentle imagery and creative visualisations to support you through conception, pregnancy, birth, and early parenting. Developed by Dr. Catherine Shainberg, this method helps reduce anxiety, ease physical tension, and deepen your connection with your baby.

Hypnobirthing course
6 sessions / £550
This live online hypnobirthing course includes six 1.5-hour sessions designed to help you feel calm, confident, and prepared for birth. You’ll learn practical breathing, relaxation, and visualisation techniques, along with tools for working with your body during labour. The course supports all birth choices and is suitable for both first-time parents and those planning a VBAC or hoping for a more positive experience.
